Change Management

Change management is both an art and a science. It brings together a number of disciplines from human resources to project management into an integrated strategy for achieving specific goals. Change management is an integral part of organisational development and growth.
Target Group: Managers in both private and public sector organisations with results-based management responsibilities and working with large teams. Ideal for executives working on major change programs as well as planning and development strategists and consultants.
Planned Outcome: A knowledge cum skills base for effecting and managing change in an organisation. Developed capacities in change management process: goal setting, resources planning, competencies assessment and training, organisational structure and development, informational intelligence, collective intelligence building, organisational strategy, and the a0pplication of PROSCI ADKAR model of change and change management. Development of a Change Management Strategy document by trainees.
Admission Requirements: Proficiency in English, minimum 3 years of work experience.
Where do I study?
Courses are delivered in London but are also offered in other locations globally, either directly by EDCL or in association with partnering institutions.
What do I achieve?
A Certificate of Achievement from EDCL and St Patricks International College in Change Management.
