Human Capital Development

Human capacities are unlimited, but matching the right individuals to the right tasks in a multifaceted and culturally diverse organisational structure, and sustaining the momentum for peak level performance have always been a major challenge. Organisations which neglect human capital development do so at the peril of becoming extinct.
Target Group: Managers in both private and public sector organisations with results-based management responsibilities and working with large teams. Human Resources Managers, Human Resources trainers, Consultants, Advisors working in capacity building projects, Trainers and Educationists.
Planned Outcome: A full and comprehensive knowledge of human capital base, aspects of understanding cultural and workforce diversity, organisational development, structures and organisational behaviour, core competencies required for management and operations activities and tasks, understanding industrial psychology, efficiency and performance levels, psycho-metric analysis, development of gap analysis of existing workforce, developing training and development programs to bridge gaps, instituting a learning organisation, rewarding knowledge and skills, developing human capital development strategies in organisations and governments.
Admission Requirements: Proficiency in English, minimum 3 years of work experience.
Where do I study?
Courses are delivered in London but are also offered in other locations globally, either direclty by EDCL and in association with partnering institutions.
What will I achieve?
A Certificate of Achievement from EDCL and St Patricks International College in Human Capital Development.
How much will it cost?
Fees are £1,990. Donor-funed and government or corporate sponsorships of larger groups will have substantial discounts.
